Welcome to the video help series for the Energy Rating Product
Registration System.
In this video, we are going to show you how to view or update your personal details in the registration system.
Screen 2: Dashboard
Let’s begin on our Dashboard page.
We select the “Account Management” tab from the toolbar at the top of the page.
Screen 3: Account Management
On the Account Management page, there is a table with six tabs at
the top.
We select the “Personal Details” tab.
Screen 4: Personal Details
On the Personal Details page, we can view or update our personal
details including our name, phone number and email address.
‘Your Unique Username’ is the first field on the form. For security reasons, we cannot change our username.
We can make changes to any of these next fields on this page by entering the new details into the text boxes provided.
If we wish to change our Country, we simply select a new country from the drop down menu.
Then we select or unselect the tick box to indicate if we wish to use our street address as our postal address.
If our postal address is different from our street address, however, we need to leave the tick box blank and fill in the postal address fields below.
Once we’ve checked our details to ensure they are correct, we can scroll down to the bottom of the page and select “Submit Changes” to save the changes we have made.
Screen 5: Changes saved successfully
A green confirmation message now appears at the top of the page,
confirming that the changes we have made to our personal details
have been saved successfully.
To close the confirmation message, we select the “X” button in the top right hand corner of the message and the message will disappear.
And that’s how you view or update your personal details in the registration system.
Screen 6: Help section
For further assistance with using the registration system, select
the “Help” tab at the top of any page to go to our handy Help
section, where you can find more videos and step-by-step guides to
help you navigate any aspect of the system.

Screen 7: Contact Us
If you cannot find an answer to your question, why not send us an
email?
Simply select the “Contact Us” tab at the top of any page and fill in the form.
The more details you provide, the more we’ll be able to help you, so please include all relevant details in your email, including any attachments that might be useful.
